Here are the skill sets we are looking for – keep in mind we want a stellar Team Leader (Financial Account) Rockstar so you MUST have this skill to be considered. – Maintain a motivated and engaged team by conducting coaching, team huddles and other activities – Ensure delivery of the process as per the agreed SLAs – Facilitate staff development, coaching, and disciplinary action – Excellent communication and presentation skills – Building and retaining a strong team – Establish and implement innovative process and systems – Ensure constant and consistent quality call handling performance ratings – Prepare reports on team performance and other related metrics; – Proactively monitor productivity and compliance of the team
Job Qualifications
– College Graduate preferably related to Business Administration or similar course
– At least 2-3 years of related experience as a Team Lead, Subject Matter Expert (SME), or Coach/Training specialization (Preferably in collections, billing, inbound/outbound calling)
– Proven experience in business development, sales and strategy planning
– Good understanding of financial principles
– Proven negotiation & persuasion skills
– Aptitude for fostering positive relationships
– Teamwork and leadership skills
– Customer-oriented mindset
– Willing to work in Makati
– Can start ASAP
