HIRING : SENIOR OPERATIONS MANAGER FOR PHARMACY ACCOUNT FOR QUEZON CITY SITE (READ FROM TOP TO BOTTOM)
Note: If candidate passed the phone interview he/she will be invited for a face to face interview directly to the client’s office.
SALARY OFFER/RANGE: 150,000-190,000
WORK SHIFT: NIGHT Shift
NATURE OF COMPANY: BPO
Qualifications:
-5-7 years PBM experience (pharmacy benefits experience required)
-10 years operations experience
-Previous outsourcing experience
-Minimum 5 years of supervisory experience managing a team of at least 200 people
-Experience managing multiple account
-Strong oral, written and interpersonal communication
-Requires problem-solving skills, facilitation skills, and analytical skills
-Expertise in PBM industry
-A working knowledge of MS Office products, with strong Excel skills
-Strong customer service focus
-Ability to empathize
-Prioritizing customer needs
-Able to travel to and work in Cubao and Eastwood City
-Moderate to no travel depending on project involvement
-Able and willing to work U.S. time and as needed, overtime hours (i.e., night shift)
-Professionally mature
-Excellent People Management Skills
