We are seeking exceptional candidates for the role of Seller Manager that serves to manage the sellers that have joined the marketplace.
Candidates must love continuous challenges, human interaction, active lifestyle and always demonstrate creative energy.
Candidate Responsibilities
• Training of sellers on how to use the platform after they create their account: open their account, add new listings, manage stocks and prices etc. the supply chain and their orders
• Training of sellers after they receive an order on how to manage it, how the supply chain is working, how to optimize their performance on the website
• Management and optimization of seller performance on the platform
• Clear communication and understanding of the value proposition of selling online
• Responsible to meet the country acquisition targets for Seller Management
• Regular reporting and focus on key KPIs to ensure quick results and personal development
Candidate Requirements
• 2+ years sales experience preferable • Strong communication skills and confident disposition, team player
• Ability to thrive in a high energy, dynamic environment
• Analytical ability and comfort with numbers
• Proficiency in use of MS Office tools (especially excel)
• Previous experience in retail/consumer industries preferred
• Self-starter approach to work, with an eagerness to consistently exceed objectives
• Fun, energetic and collaborative personality
