Job Description:
 Liaise between Members, Management & Maintenance department
 Responsible to deal with all aspects of membership information and secretarial duties including members billing & accounting
 New members information and introductions to club facilities
 Aircraft scheduling & booking
 Upkeep of members database
 Upkeep of flying statistics & aircraft maintenance records
 Participate in outings, events and club promotions

Qualifications:
 College graduates or higher with excellent command of the english language essential,
 A background and experience in Accounting, club management, public relations and/or office administration, would be a big advantage
 The successful candidate will have to be a happy, mature and experienced person with min 3-4 years working experience in similar position.
 Must be an independent out of the box thinker, with a hands on can-do attitude, andquickly able to adjust to ever changing challenges.
 Capability to to communicate with confidence with our local and international members on a daily basis, face to face or on social media.
 Advanced computer skills are essential (networking, MS office excel, powerpoint etc) to assist with new system integration and transfer to paperless billing and accounts with new members database.

We operate a modern fleet of Ultra LightAircraft for recreational flying by our members. We do train pilots to sports pilot license level. Our members are from all over Asia and the World and come to us to fly..
Our club is the only full service flying club in the Philippines, established in 1993, with all facilities such as own airport, hangarage, maintenance, parts supply, recreational facilities,swimming pool, guest rooms, canteen for members & staff.
