SAP Accounting Support Helpdesk – Metro Manila – FPT Software Philippines Corporation

Job Responsibilities
Performs a Level 1 Helpdesk Support
Handles calls, receives and analyzes request from the customers regarding the system errors, server, basic networking set-up, etc.

Job Requirements
Accounting graduate, knowledgeable in general accounting or FS/AFS matters is required
Customer service oriented.
Willing to work on shifting schedules including week-ends and holidays if necessary.
Willing to work in Bonifacio Global City (BGC), Taguig.
Experience in SAP business/ERP system is a plus
Experience in call center technical/remote support is a plus.
