Job Description:
• Reviews annual/monthly sales performance and structure of sales agents
• Assists in the design and implementation of strategic and tactical sales and marketing plans to ensure hitting of sales targets per market, project, and division
• Checks the accuracy of the pricelist and investment proposals
• Assists in the design incentive and commission programs to Sellers
• Conducts analysis on the gathered data from the researchers and studies and makes recommendations on the effective incentive and commission programs
• Provides backroom support for International Sales
• Does research and studies with other developers on sellers’ incentives and commission programs
• Prepares the annual/monthly budget for each sales division based on their sale performance
• Performs other related functions on data and inventory management
