Sales Executive – Lintec Philippines (Peza), Inc. – Laguna

Job Description
Performs a wide variety of Sales duty including most of the following:
-Generate sales based on target sales, GP and volume budget
-Plans sales calls and visit customers according to Sales schedule.
-Submit weekly/ monthly reports.
-Attend to and follow-up Sales calls.
-Prepare quotations, samples, & material documents for customers.
-Follow up on arrival of stock, lead-time, and inform delivery schedule to customers.
-Monitor AR balances, follow up payments and collect cheques whenever necessary.
-Survey/collect markets, competitor’s pricing, and other vital market information.
-Recommend and develop new products to customers.
-Generate new customers and new projects.
-Coordinate and plan material forecasts by customers to factories/suppliers.
-First at customer site to validate material and/ or quality issues raised by customers.
-Resolve product issues with QA staff by completing issued MFR/CPAR on target lead-time.
-Clear slow and non-moving stocks.
-Participate and cooperate with related parties during internal and external audits

Job Qualifications
College Graduate.
At least 3 years of industry sales experience.
Has very good verbal and writing communication skills.
With pleasing personality, a team player and able to work effectively with less supervision.
Willing to travel and/or relocate to Davao and Clark
Knowledge in Japanese language an advantage

Compensation 18000-20000
Compensation Range ₱15,000 – ₱20,000
