Job Description
1. Support Sales Supervisor & Executive in all aspect
2. Secure all the documents related to Sales documents
3. Manage and monitor samples and quality docs prior to sending to customer
4. Update sample status from corresponding customers
5. Support Sales Supervisor & Executive in preparing delivery documents
6. Update PO Monitoring & Balances
7. Check items to warehouse prior to delivery

Job Qualifications
1. At least College level of any Business course preferably Marketing/Management
2. Preferably with experience in technical sales and/or technical purchasing in Semicon/Electronics industry;
3. With strong analytical mind and high level of maturity; Self-driven, results-oriented and able to lead a sales team;
4. With proven track record in managing and directing a highly skilled, motivated, successful & results-oriented sales force;
5.With good oral and written communication skills
6. Ability to work under pressure with minimal supervision
