Recruitment Assistant
Responsibilities:
• Source candidates for various positions (volume and executive search) based on client requirements
• Conduct initial assessment, including but not limited to:
o Phone screening
o Invite candidates for face-to-face interview
o Initial face-to-face interview
o Initial exams, if required
• Conduct candidate briefing on the nature of the job
• Endorse qualified candidates to clients
• Updates and maintains recruitment database
• Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
• Candidate must be a college graduate in any field.
o Psychology, Business Administration, and Management courses are highly preferred.
• Must be willing to work in Alabang, but should be willing to travel from time to time for off-site interviews.
• Should have at least 6 months related experience
o Experience in headhunting, volume recruitment, or end-to-end recruitment is highly preferred
• Should have existing candidate database or reliable source of candidates for various positions and levels.
• Can start immediately.
• Must be amenable to Project-based employment.
