Recruitment Admin Assistant – Makati – Vital Call Center Link Inc

Job Description & Requirements

Responsibilities:
Work closely with the Recruitment Team to understand over-all recruitment needs and requirements (Call Center Client’s Profile, Clients’ demands, and Client specific screening Process)
Work with the Sourcing Team in developing sourcing strategies.
Create ads in different job portals
Do a real-time monitoring of application progress.
Other Recruitment and Sourcing duties necessary for completion of Team’s targets.

Qualifications:
Has completed at least 2nd year in Human Resource Management, Psychology or in any related field
Has a good command in English, both written and oral
Has a keen Attention to Detail Skills
Willing to work in Makati
