Job Description / Requirements
Synergygroup Operations Inc, a ship manning agency urgently requires a Front Office Executive/Receptionist in their Makati Office.
As our Frontliner you will be the first point of contact for the company and also provide administrative support. You will handle the flow of people and ensure that all tasks and responsibilities are accurately and delivered completely with high quality and in a timely manner.
Responsibilities
1. Serve visitors by greeting, welcoming, directing and announcing them appropriately
2. Answer, screen and forward any incoming phone calls while providing basic information when needed
3. Receive and sort daily mail/deliveries/couriers
4. Maintain security by following procedures and controlling access (monitor logbook, issue visitor badges)
5. Assist with HR documentations and P&I cases.
6. Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, collating, faxing etc.
Requirements:
Proven working experience in similar roles
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
Professional appearance and with pleasing personality
Solid communication skills both written and verbal
Ability to be resourceful and proactive in dealing with issues that may arise
Ability to organise, multitask, prioritise and work under pressure.
