Real Estate Virtual Assistant – Outsource Workers

Job Description / Requirements
Responsible for:
– Creating & sending mail-out and/or email campaigns (templates provided)
– Prospecting and Lead-generation
– Creating contacts & setting up follow-up tasks
-Creating brochures, newsletters, and flyers
– Managing social media accounts (Facebook, Twitter, Linkedin)
– Loading and/or removing listings from various real estate websites
– Creating agreement forms and documents
– Enhancing photos & creating and/or editing property videos
– Managing emails, calendars, database and/or spreadsheets

Must be:
– fluent in oral and written English
– computer literate
– attentive to details
– highly efficient, organised, and can work under minimal supervision
– honest, punctual, and reliable
– looking for a LONG-TERM JOB (please do not apply if you’re not willing to commit for a long-term working relationship)

This is a work from home job so candidates should have:
– his/her own computer with mic, headset, & webcam
– a reliable internet connection
– Skype
– Microsoft Office Tools (most importantly Microsoft Outlook)
– a quiet and distraction-free workspace
