Job Description Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Perform regular quality assessments on all incoming materials from vendors and outgoing products for shipping. 2. Reject all products and materials hat fail to meet quality expectations. 3. Read technical drawings and specifications to understand the requirements of products and services. 4. Measure product dimensions, examine visual appearance & functionality and compare the final product to the specifications. 5. Recommend improvements to the production process to ensure quality control. 6. Document inspection outcomes by completing detailed reports and performance records. 7. Teach the production team about the quality control concerns to improve product excellence. 8. Supervise the production process (if necessary). 9. Assist immediate superior in resolving quality-related issues in a timely manner. 10. Prepare Quality Alert Notices and heads-up the responsible team.

Job Qualifications
• Candidate must possess at least high school diploma or equivalent qualification.
• At least 2 year(s) of working experience specialized in Quality Control is required for this position.
• Preferably with Certification in Quality Control.
• Strong understanding of Quality Control Standards and Testing Techniques.
• Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office.
• Familiarization with mechanical parts is a plus.
• Excellent organizational skills and work ethics.
