Job Description Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Responsible in conducting Quality Control patrol in the production operations. 2. Conducts surveillance to Production operations to check if procedures, standards are being followed by operators. 3. Conducts visual inspection based in Process Quality Control procedure to confirm parts quality is in accordance to customer’s standard. 4. Reports any abnormality observed or encountered during surveillance checking. 5. Responsible in creating a reliable report for PQC and updating daily lot monitoring. 6. Responsible in updating PQC Check sheet which includes line stop reason and updates. 7. Responsible in filing/keeping PQC process and appearance check sheet with proper identification. 8. Provide assistance to production in developing and implementing continuous improvement to ensure consistent quality products. 9. Gives timely feedback to leader/chief staff/supervisor regarding quality problem encountered on the line. 10. Support in all the requirements in achieving quality standards while maintaining good 5s and housekeeping in all areas of responsibility. 11. Assume other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned from time to time by the Division Manager.

Job Qualifications
Qualifications:
Education/Certifications/ Licenses
• Must be a graduate of vocational course or equivalent.
Experience
• Must have a minimum of 2-3 years working experience in a manufacturing industry.

Skills/Competency
• Knowledgeable on how to use measuring instruments like: Coordinate Measuring Machine and Optical Measuring Machine; Measuring Scope, Image Measuring Equipment and other measuring tools.
• Knowledgeable in SPC and 7 QC tools;
• Knowledgeable in using Microsoft Office Applications (MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint);
• Can read Technical Drawings.
