Job Description
1. Receives and acknowledges customer claims on quality. 2. Answers customer claims and corrective action requests and coordinates it properly to the Management Rep. 3. Records all customer claims and monitors claim status. 4. Coordinates with customer for Inspection Tolerance of new products or any changes in the existing tolerance. 5. Correlates company’s inspection criteria with that of the customer’s. 6. Acknowledges Customer’s Quality and Process Audit. 7. Attends Customer’s Quality Meeting and presents Monthly Quality Status and Corrective Actions done as necessary. 8. Initiates and leads Process Audit in all production line quarterly in coordination with Management Rep. 9. Conducts meeting to Quality Assurance Staff as necessary. 10. Supervises and assists Quality Assurance Staff in training newly hired Inspectors. 11. Initiates conduct of meeting with concerned sections if there are high rejections or quality issues encountered. 12. Develops and initiates improvement plans and actions concerning quality and customer satisfaction and confirms and verifies action results. 13. Initiates conduct of Operational Capacity Review for new products. 14. Disciplines any unproductive and problem employee. and initiates improvement plans and actions concerning quality and customer satisfaction and confirms and verifies action results.
Job Qualifications
• Male / Female
• Not below 18 years old.
• Graduate of Industrial Engineering; Electrical, Chemical or any engineering course is welcome
• At least with one (1) year experienced in manufacturing set-up.
• Knowledgeable and can handle manpower in production.
• With leadership skills.
• Can work under pressure, flexible, with determination at work, render overtime and easy to learn.
• With pleasing personality and self-discipline
