Job Description
Accounts Acquisition and Retention Penetrates assigned areas to acquire accounts and user agencies Conducts Sales call per week according to targets Closes project sales to reach monthly and annual sales volume targets Creates route plans that balances excellent account management and keeping cost-to-route and cost-per-call within budget Manage relationship with clients/accounts and key agencies in assigned area/s Conducts technical/demo selling Timely, accurate, and regular reporting (MS Powerpoint and MS Excel reports) of sales calls, sales volumes, and other activities/data required Prompt response to queries and calls from management, clients, agencies, etc. Competition Monitoring Conducts intel validation Tracks competitor activity in order to come up with appropriate project sales strategies to gain competitive advantage Warehouse & Inventory Management Manages the warehouse and inventory in assigned area, if applicable Manages order and delivery requirements for respective accounts
Job Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in any business course
More than three (3) years of experience in sales is required
Must be from exact city of operations and familiar with the entire provincial scope
Previous experience in construction materials industry and/or FMCG/Pharma industry is preferred
Must possess excellent communication skills, especially in local dialect of assigned area
Must be able to drive a motorcycle and possess a driver’s license (restriction code 1)
Must be able to work independently and without supervision
Compensation 20000-23000
