Job Description Duties and Ressponsibilities:
1. Generation of Bill Of Materials (BOM) in the system and MS Excel file; 2. Issuance of Engineering Change Notice (ECN) for any changes in the BOM, material specifications or process; 3. Issuance of Shipment Request (SR) to Import Export /Traffic (ImpEx) department for shipment; 4. Preparation of Purchase Requisition (PR) for indirect materials; 5. Issuance of Purchase Orders (PO) and following up deliveries: 6. Generation of Material Requirements Planning (MRP) based on customers demands/ requirements; 7. Reconcilaition for both Supplier and Customer PO balances; 8. Issuane of Matertial Condemnation Report (MCR) for scrap materials; 9. Monitoring of Production output versus Scheduled Production Plan; 10. Monitoring any issues/ concerns as regards the project handled; 11. Coordination with the customer regarding requirements/ demands and other concerns; 12. Preparation of monthly updates including Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s) or Key Results Areas (KRAs), and other lawful tasks that may be assigned by immediate superior from time to time.

Job Qualifications
1. A Graduate of BS ECE, Mfg E, EE, ME or IE or Any other business related course;
2. At least 2-year work experience in similar or related field;
3. Must have a high interest in Printed Circuit Board Assembly Manufacturing Industry or in plactic injection industry;
4. With good Communication Skills (able to Work with other nationalities);
5. Must have excellent analytical, systematic and logical thinking capabilities/ skills to handle project;
6. must be proficient in MS Excel;
7. must be willing to work in Calamba, Laguna area.
