Procurement / Admin Assistant – M&R Architects

Job Description & Requirements
JOB DESCRIPTION:
-Preparing and Checking PO/Purchase Order
-Assist the procurement officer, especially in purchasing and maintain constant
contact to the supplier for a smooth transaction and delivery
-Will call suppliers for quality/quantity, supply and price checking
-Responsible in giving direction to the suppliers in delivering the purchased
items
-Verifying product info, shipping, cost and delivery dates before
placing an order.

QUALIFICATIONS:
-Bachelor’s Degree in any Course (as long as it has an experience in
procurement/purchasing in construction)
-Candidate must have an experience in purchasing/procurement industry and
construction
-Has the ability to negotiate with the suppliers and vendors
-Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously to meet goals and deadlines
-Willing to go outside the office if necessary
-Open for flexible time as needed on the construction site
-Ability to work as part of a pro-active team and has good time management and
organizational skills
-Proficient in Microsoft Office programs, such as Excel, etc.
