QUALIFICATIONS:
-> Must posses good English communication skills (oral and written)
-> Must have an experience handling outbound calls, telemarketing, or telesales
-> Strong customer service and telesales skills
-> Excellent listening and questioning skills
-> Effective verbal and interpersonal skills.
-> Computer savvy. Must know how to use business application software such as MS Office (MS Word and Excel)
-> Problem solving and decision making skills
-> Patient and a team player.
-> Ability to follow directions and work with minimal supervision
-> Professional phone etiquette
-> Willing to work full time on graveyard shift in our office at Imus, Cavite.
-> Full-time positions available.
