Job Description
JOB SUMMARY – Responsible in supervising the preparation of planned and quantified food menus for the patients. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES – Planned and quantified menus – Conduct diet counseling and ward rounds – Supervise the preparation , cooking and serving foods – Prepare the diet census and give instructions to dietary staff for dietary orders

Job Qualifications
QUALIFICATION AND SKILLS
– Candidate must possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Food and Nutrition
– Active PRC license holder
– With at least one (1) year practice of related work experience
– Willing to be trained
– With good communication and interpersonal relationship skills
