Job Description / Requirements
Office Secretary plays vital role in one organization. Secretaries help to keep an organization running smoothly. The role is varied but the main tasks are administrative as follows:
* answering telephone calls
* maintaining diaries
* arranging appointments
* taking messages
* typing and word processing
* filing
* organizing and servicing meetings (producing agendas and taking minutes)
* maintaining log book to monitor in/out of employees
* entertaining visitors i.e. clients and suppliers
* handling correspondence
For an Office Secretary to satisfactorily accomplish essential functions sated above, she must possess the following:
* Female, not older than 25 years old
* Preferably Single
* Reached at least College level under any course
* Can work on a minimal supervision
* Have at least 1 year experience as Secretary/ Receptionist/ Front Desk Staff
