Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Record and email weekly reports
2. Distribute Billings to clients
3. Collect check payments
4. Attend and prepare power point presentation for Board Meetings
5. Distribute weekly schedule and notes of grounds committee meeting
6. Distribute weekly work schedules to supervisors
7. Prepare weekly memo
8. Records Landscape, Equipment, Hour Meter Report for all equipments
9. Inventory, Purchase & Deliveries of Chemicals
