Job Description
Our company is looking for a OFFICE ASSISTANT to be responsible for handling clerical tasks in our office. As a Office Assistant, you will be handling phone calls, emails and other communications, as well as encoding, managing files, updating paperwork and other documents, and performing other general office clerk duties and errands in Production, Accounting and HR Admin Department.
Job Qualifications
RESPONSIBILITIES:
✓ Handling incoming calls and other communications.
✓Managing filing system.
✓Updating paperwork, maintaining documents and word processing.
✓Encoding data to Producton Inventory System
✓Encashment and other Bank transaction
✓Submit document reports to SSS, Philhealth, Pagibig and DOLE Agency
✓Helping organize and maintain office common areas.
✓ Performing general office clerk duties and errands, as well as other tasks that will be given by the Management that are not written on the Job description.
QUALIFICATIONS:
– Female
-High School Graduate/Vocational/College Graduate
– Experience as an office assistant or in related field.
– Computer literate
– Ability to write clearly and help with word processing when necessary.
– Warm personality with strong communication skills.
– Ability to work well under limited supervision.
