JOB DESCRIPTION:
• Provide a clear understanding of the call center agent’s role in both outbound call centers and the inbound call center; • Successfully communicate with customers to gather information and learn about their needs and expectations; • Collaborate with others to ensure the customers’ issues are resolved and; • Assist and provide solutions for the customers’ questions.

REQUIREMENTS:
• High School Graduates are welcome to apply;
• Knows how to comprehend the Basic English language;
• Strong logic and problem-solving skills;
• Customer service oriented;
• Must be willing to work near and within the province of Pampanga;
• Willing to start immediately.
