Marketing and Sales Assistant
(National Capital Reg – Makati City)

Responsibilities:
• Participates in departmental planning and prepares daily correspondences to foreign/local principals and clients
• Assists in the preparation of sales forecast and stock replenishments, etc.
• Ensures proper documentation and monitoring of all orders, deliveries/invoices.
• Generates various reports to support the Marketing/Sales team in analysis, inventory and other related work.
• Entertains queries and calls from prospective clients.

Requirements:
• Male, 21 – 28 years old
• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree in Engineering (preferably, Metallurgical, Industrial or Mechanical).
• At least 1 year of working experience in related field is preferred. However, qualified fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Proficient in English communication, with good writing skills
• Applicants must be willing to work in Makati City.
