Job Details:
Mandarin Speaking IT Helpdesk Support will interact with customers to provide information in response toTechnical-related inquiries and successfully handle discrepancy on a first contact resolution or, if possible and needed, escalation on a timely manner.

Basic Requirements:
• Open for High School graduates, both Native and Non-Native
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills: Mandarin and English
• Minimum of 6 months CSR or TSR experience
• Tourist visa is accepted
• Shift & Work Location: Day/Mid shift, Ortigas City
• Preferably unemployed and can start ASAP
