Virtual administrative assistant is responsible for providing online administrative support to ensure efficient handling of client’s business and company’s projects. Home-Based work for Metro Manila residents. Responsibilities: • Maintain contact lists and keep them up to date • Handle incoming and outgoing telephone calls • Organize and schedule meetings and appointments • Manage client’s email and calendar • Make online purchases and book travel arrangements (airline, hotel, car services, etc.) • Prepare reports and documents • Research and Data Entry • Provide daily/weekly updates to account manager • Prepare reports and documents • Research and Data Entry • Provide daily/weekly updates to account manager
Job Qualifications
Requirements:
• Proven admin experience (should know the VA admin skills)
• Good command of English both oral and written
• Has an eye for detail and keen on problem-solving
• Knows about booking flights, hotels, appointments and the like
• Familiar with email and calendar software (Gmail and GCal, MS Outlook & Calendar)
• Excellent knowledge of word processing tools and spreadsheets
• Knows how to manage his/her time and prioritize
• Strong organizational and planning skills
• Open for Day Shift, Mid Shift and Night Shift
*Male – with software testing experience
