SPPI’s LISP I and LISP II are home to Fortune 500 companies and major multinational companies including Procter & Gamble, Unilever, Pepsi, NEC, NXP and ST Microelectronics ( both formerly Philips Electronics), First Sumiden, H.B. Presently, SPPI is developing and selling three industrial estates namely: (1) LISP III, a 109-hectare industrial estate in Sto. Tomas, Batangas, which is accessible from Manila via the South Luzon Expressway and via Southern Tagalog Arterial Road(STAR) from Batangas City; (2) Cebu Light Industrial Park, a 62-hectare industrial estate in Mactan Island, Cebu, which boasts of the country’s largest desalination plant; and, (3) Hermosa Ecozone Industrial Park, a 162-hectare industrial park in Hermosa, Bataan, which is located between the Subic Freeport Zone and Clark Economic Zone and is accessible through the Subic- Clark-Tarlac Expressway (SCTEx).

Job Description •
Responsible for operating the water supply system • Responsible for trouble shooting and maintenance of water distribution system, drainage system, waste water treatment plant, upkeep of building facilities, roads, common areas and others • Responsible for the day to day maintenance and operation of the sewer system.
Job Qualifications
• Graduate of any vocational courses such as but not limited to Electrical, Electronic, Mechatronic, Electromechanical or its equivalent;
• Knowledge and hands-on experience in electrical, mechanical and fabrication works will be an advantage;
• Experience in repair and maintenance of machinery and equipment, will be an advantage;
• With valid driver’s license and can drive 4-wheel vehicle & motorcycle
