Jobs Responsibilities:
 Use of firm specific CRM and ERP program platforms
 Solve difficulties and respond to concerns swiftly, proficiently and courteously
 Meet and surpass client satisfaction and responsiveness goals
 Provide higher degree specialized assistance mainly of a post product sales nature
 Develop expertise in products that will allow oneself to act as a resource for other team members and provide in depth solutions to customer queries

Jobs Qualifications:
 Must have finished atleast two years in college
 Atleast 18 years old
 Self-motivated
 Good english communication skills
 Team Player
 Requires minimum supervision
