Job Description / Requirements
Essential Job Functions:
-Answers telephone calls and responds to basic customer questions and/or forwards call to appropriate personnel.
-Accurately documents calls on account history record with details of the phone call.
-Researches customer inquiries and responds to appropriate parties in a timely manner.
-Processes customer requests by sending faxes, sending mail documents, or using other related communication.
-Handles calls in a manner that ensures service level agreements (SLAs) are met or exceeded.
-Performs data entry and matches documents to appropriate accounts to ensure up to date and accurate information.

Basic Qualifications:
-At least 2nd year in college
-With at least 1 year of customer service or other telephone experience
-Experience working with organizational functions and personnel
-Experience working with computer software, and telephone technology
-Experience working with and skilled in the use of help desk software

Other Qualifications
-Business and analytical problem solving skills
-Communication skills
-Ability to work independently
-Ability to follow oral and written directions
-Must be mature, proper and serious about work

Compensation Package:
Basic Salary: Between Php22,000 to Php25,000 plus night differential
Meals: Free healthy lunch
Benefits upon regularization: 14th month pay, Maxicare coverage of up to Php350,000 maximum benefit limit per year
