Job Description
1. Receives and acknowledges production materials for delivery. 2. Suggests recovery plan for delayed deliveries and delayed production encountered for approval of external personnel. 3. Coordinates to concern Leaders any changes made on the delivery requirement of customer. 4. Initiates meeting with concerned sections regarding remarkable changes in custom requirements that will greatly affects the production and other concerned sections in the absence of IMPEX Head 5. Initiates improvement plans and actions concerning production and delivery. 6. Makes and prepares documents of products for delivery to customers. 7. Updates Overtime Charge but need to inform the production to prevent Overtime. Duties and Responsibilities 1. Coordinates to PPC regarding schedule of deliveries and delivery quantities. 2. Prepares documents of delivery for processing to PEZA. 3. Process documents to PEZA Admin. 4. Assists the Delivery & Incoming Materials upon presentation to PEZA Examiner & Bureau of Customs. 5. Updates Utilization Report of PEZA Forms. 6. Submits Economic Zone Monthly Performance Report to PEZA-EAD. 7. Makes Monthly Plan and submits to immediate superior. 8. Makes Daily Accomplishment Report and submits to immediate superior every day. 9. Double check the process documents for delivery versus actual items for delivery. Coordinates to the driver assigned for delivery. 10. Prepares documents for Incoming Imported Shipments. 11. Prepares documents for materials or documents to be exported. 12. Coordinates to Brokerage Company regarding the schedule of Imported and Exported Shipments. 13. Records all incoming semi-processed products in IMPEX masterlist. 14. Records all outgoing or delivered finished products in IMPEX masterlist. 15. Maintains the cleanliness and orderliness of impex area and records filing. 16. Implements 5S in the working area. 17. Follows Company Rules and Regulations and Safety Procedures at all times. 18. Performs other duties that may be assigned from time to time. 19. Initiates and recommends improvements on the area of responsibility
Job Qualifications
– Female
– Graduate of any Business Administration
– At least one (1) year experienced in manufacturing set-up as IMPEX Processor
– Computer Literate
– Knowledgeable in all Import / Export documents such as 8105, 8106, 8110 and etc.
– With strong leadership skills.
– With good communication skills both oral and written.
– Can work under pressure, flexible, with determination at work, and easy to learn.
– With pleasing personality and self discipline
