Josefa Slipways Inc. is hiring Human Resources Assistant.
Essential Duties
Human resources (HR) assistant is generally assigned to help HR supervisor/manager keep track of employee information. This information could include an employee’s name, address, contact number, job title, tax withholding information, compensation and benefits. HR assistant also helps with documentation concerning grievances, terminations, absences and performance reports. He/She is also expected to provide administrative support on all personnel matters and assists with payroll processing.
Skillset
• Have a degree in BS Psychology or Human Resource Management
• Minimum of 1 year experience in various facets of Human Resources especially
Recruitment, Compensation and Benefits and Employee relation.
• Demonstrated experience in processing Philippine government mandatory benefits
• Keen to details
• Proactive and with public relation skills
• Can interact to different kind of people specially Executive
• Residing in Malabon, Navotas, and Caloocan preferred
• Can do multitasking job
• Highly competitive and goal driven
