Job Description
1. Support the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems
2. Be actively involved in recruitment by preparing job descriptions, posting ads and managing the hiring process
3. Create and implement effective on-boarding plans
4. Assist in performance management processes
5. Support the management of disciplinary and grievance issues
6. Maintain employee records according to policy and legal requirements
7. Review employment and working conditions to ensure legal compliance
Job Qualifications
• Graduate of BS in Human Resources or Psychology
• With at least 3 years of as an HR Assistant, Staff Assistant or relevant human
resources/ administrative position.
• Organized, with excellent attention to details and with above-average multi-tasking
skills
• Knowledgeable of HR functions.
• Understanding of labor laws and disciplinary procedures
• Strong ethics and reliability,
• Team player with strong relationship building skills.
Compensation P15,000 – P18,000
Compensation Range ₱15,000 – ₱20,000
