Job Qualifications
– College degree holder, Human resources or Psychology graduate is an advantage
– Experience in change management execution is a requirement e.g. executing policy changes, company re-organization etc.
– Able to analyze data and translate to HR strategies is an advantage
– At least 3-5 years of related experience with the above mentioned.
– Has 5 years experience as an HR Generalist handling talent management, compensation and benefits, employee relations and training management
– Experience in Data Analytics is required
– At least 5 years experience in Organizational Development and Performance Management
– Experience in transformational HR/change management
