Job Qualifications
– At least 3 years of human resource management experience preferred.
– Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource or similar/ Psychology/ /Administration/Management, Human Resource Management, Commerce or equivalent.
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ethics, and cultural awareness
– Aptitude for problem-solving, conflict resolution and thorough knowledge of HR procedures and policies
– Proficiency with or the ability to quickly learn the organizations HRIS and talent management systems.
– Thorough knowledge of employment-related laws and regulations.
– Excellent administrative and organizational skills resourceful mindset and strong attention to detail
– Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
– Competency in Microsoft Office Suite, and business management and presentation tools.
– Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
– Self-motivated, being a consistent performer is a major advantage
– Can work under pressure and has a good sense of urgency
