Qualifications
– Graduate of Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology/Human Resource/ Business Administration or equivalent
– With related work experience is advantage
– Open for Fresh Graduate
Task and Responsibilities
– Secure the enrollment of newly hired employee to bio-metric devices
– Generates and process employee time entries at Touch Link and HRIS
– Monitors time in and time out of employee (Employee Attendance)
– Prepares and checks manual and HRIS generated attendance report needed for payroll (Timekeeping Report)
– Checks and record employee timekeeping related application form to HRIS and to Manual Timekeeping (i.e, Leave, Overtime, Official Business, Change Schedule)
– Monitors employee leave credits
– Collated and prepares summary of other deduction of employees
– Answers employee inquiries related to attendance/payroll
– Issue employee explanation and disciplinary action for the offenses committed related to attendance
– Monitors company manpower head counts
– Prepares/updates organizational chart
– In charge on record keeping of timekeeping related files
