Qualifications:
– BSBA Human Resource/BS Psychology graduate or any business course
– Female, 21-25 years old
– Adept in MS Office
– Has critical thinking and analytic skills
– Experience in recruitment is an advantage but not a requirement
– Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply

Job Description:
– Sourcing and scheduling of applicants
– Administering pre-employment exams
– Conducting initial interviews
– Endorsing applicants to hiring managers/department heads
– Preparing the 201 files of newly hired employees
