HR and Admin Assistant – Makati City – MISNet

Job Description / Requirements
The HR and Admin Assistant provides day to day support to HR and admin functions which includes recruitment, timekeeping, records keeping, employee programs, benefits administration, front desk and over all office functions.

Key Responsibilities:
Reception Management
• Attend to company visitors, clients and applicants
• Answer phone calls and route to specific employees
• Route incoming mails and documents

Administrative Assistance
• Handle room reservations and document transmittals
• Maintenance of company forms
• Monitor company medicine disbursements and replenishments
• Facilitate visa processing, hotel bookings and travel arrangements and insurance
• Organize company events and outings together with committee
• Attend to employee concerns, questions and requests
• Other admin tasks to be assigned from time to time

Human Resource Management
• Post and monitor job ads
• Schedule applicants for interview, administer and check exam results
• Conduct resume screening and initial interviews of trainee/entry level positions
• Prepare pre-employment requirements
• Leave monitoring and daily time record preparation
• Request HMO proposals and prepare comparison reports on rates and benefits
• Process enrollment and updating of employee records in SSS, Philhealth, Pag ibig, BIR
• Create and maintain 201 files
• Assist in organizational development initiatives

Hiring Criteria
• Bachelor’s/College Degree in Business Studies/Administration/HR Management, Psychology or related fields
• 1 – 2 years work experience handling HR admin, front desk, timekeeping, recruitment; fresh graduate with high potential are welcome to apply
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent interpersonal skills and strong customer service skills
• Above average organizational skills
• Keen attention to details
• Fast learner, highly flexible, has initiative, works efficiently under pressure
• Mature and ready to take on multiple task assignments
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, Internet, adobe photoshop
• Self-motivated, can work under minimal supervision
• Has good time management skills and a team player
• Can start immediately
