HR / Administrative Assistant – Makati City – Uth 702 Inc

Job Description / Requirements
HR / Administrative Assistant is responsible for providing administrative and clerical services in order to ensure effective and efficient operations.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Type correspondence, reports and other documents within HR/Admin.
• Maintain office supplies and inventory of all departments.
• Knowledgeable in Government Agencies documentation such as SSS, Pag-Ibig, BIR.
• Take minutes at meeting.
• Maintain confidential records and files
• Distribute (email/hard copy)minutes of meeting.
• Coordinates with operations and other departments regarding requests, repairs, etc.
• Perform other related duties as required.

REQUIREMENTS:
• FEMALE candidates only
• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree, any field.
• At least 6 months to 1 year experience as an Administrative assistant.
• Must be able to maintain high level of confidentiality concerning financial and employee files.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Computer literate, knowledgeable in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Higly organized, detailed oriented and can multi-task.
• Must be willing to work in Makati City.
