Job Description:
Coordinate with the hotel to extend excellent customer service to patrons. Ensure that rooms are available and no over booking will be made in the future. Be in constant communication with the hotel administration to ensure that rooms and other facilities are available.

Requirements:
– At least a High School graduate
– Call center experience is a plus but not required
– Must be amenable to work in Ortigas, Pasig
– Willing to work on a shifting schedule
– Average to good communication skills
