Responsibilities:
• Communicate with various types of customers and address their concerns/inquiries
• Provide professional customer service skills such as positive language, communication skills, problem solving skills, flexibility and obsessive attention to detail

Requirements:
• Candidate must be at least 18 years old of age
• Good English communication skills
• Knowledge of keyboard shortcuts
• Hardware & software troubleshooting skills
• Familiarity with software installation
• Willing to work on shifting schedules
• Willing to work in Pasig

Salary Range: 14-16k – for Non BPO Experience
16-18k – for BPO Experience
Location: Pasig
