Job Description
– Dealing with customer inquiries and assist client on their request – Follow up the hotel confirmation from the supplier – Any other task/duty as directed by client/management
Job Qualifications
* Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/Associate Degree
* Must have at least a minimum of one to two (1-2) years of working experience in any Customer service
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Must have strong attention to detail, can work well under pressure
* Organized and systematic in handling multiple tasks
* Has excellent time management and prioritization skills
* Ability to be flexible to changing demands and challenges and exercise initiative
* Amenable to work on Holidays/Weekends
Work Hours:
Sat – Thursday from 11:00PM – 8:00AM
