Helpdesk Application Support – RT Lawrence Corporation – Philippine Branch – Bulacan

Job Description
The Helpdesk/Application Support shall be responsible for :
– To diagnose system issues and provide fixes with standard speed based on procedures. He/She shall be able to transfer new learnings into a document or reports.
– To learn/ discover the system on his own by doing self-initiated testing, probing and breaking the software.
– To discuss issues with the client in a professional manner and be able to escalate matters as needed.
– To define application problems by conferring with clients; evaluating procedures and processes.
– To control solutions by establishing specifications; coordinating production with programmers.
– To ensure in fulfilling the Service Level Agreement (SLA) at all times

Job Qualifications
– Graduate with in any Computer or Information Technology courses/degree
– 1 year work related experience in program design/system implementation
– Experience with SQL Databases (SQL Server, MySQL)
– Strong Analytical and Logical Thinking.
– Proven ability to succeed in small projects or in portion of mid- projects with minimal instructions and supervision.
– Above average English communication skill
– Willing to work on a shifting schedule.
