JOB DESCRIPTION
• Provide customer support through calls, chat, and email
• Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.

Job Qualifications
• Proficiency in German and English is a must.
• Computer literacy, knowledge of word processing, typing
• Previous Customer Service experience is a plus
• Willing to work on shifting schedule
• College Degree Holder/College Undergraduate/Associate Degree are all welcome to apply
Compensation 80,000 – 120,000
Compensation Range ₱80,000 – ₱100,000
