Responsibilities:
◢ Perform various tests on games including functionality, usability, consistency, content, and hardware compatibility
◢ Create detailed written bugs to track errors to resolution
◢ Document issues that appear in-game in a detailed manner and liaise directly with programmers to coordinate solutions and testing.
◢ Draft weekly reports on issues and concerns for the Quality Assurance Lead and the Quality Services Manager
◢ Execute and maintain test plans
◢ Provide back-up support to our customer support team

Requirements:
◢ Good oral and written communication
◢ Experience in playing a variety of games
◢ Open to all regardless of educational background
◢ Knowledgeable in smartphones and mobile games
◢ Proactive and can work independently and in teams
