Career Summary:
The position is responsible for receiving guest and customers in the clinic. Answer inquiries and provide information to the customers and visitors regarding services offered at the clinic.
Career Responsibilities:
– Keep front desk tidy and presentable with all necessary material (pens, forms, paper etc.)
– Greet and welcome guests
– Answer questions and address complaints
– Answer all incoming calls and redirect them or keep messages
– Schedule patient’s procedures and consultation
– Organize & Prepare medical records.
Career Requirements:
– Candidate must possess at least Bachelors’ in Office Administration or equivalent
– Female not more than 30 years old
– Fresh graduate are welcome to apply
– With pleasing personality
– Applicants must be willing to work in BGC
