Job Description
Design and conduct customized training programs such as Food Safety and other related topics to maintain awareness of external stakeholders with relevant industry and company standards.
Designs and conducts customized training programs in both technical and layman approach to external & internal customers-such as Distributors, Operators, Retail Concessionaires, Production, Truckers, etc.
Responsible for the establishment, implementation and continual improvement of Supplier Quality Program.
Involve in facilitating regulatory, third party and customer audits in conjunction with the food safety team and ensure the timely execution and completion of subsequent corrective actions and reports.
Conduct internal audits as applicable.
Conduct Trade Checks in the market to determine if product handling at the end-user is aligned to the specified standards
Conduct quality checking of incoming boxed meats/ raw materials in the external warehouses.
Job Qualifications
Education:
Candidate must at least be a Bachelor degree holder of BS Food Science/ Technology or any science-related field.
Experience:
Preferably with at least three (3) years of working experience in Quality Assurance in the Food Manufacturing Industry or any related discipline.
Other Requirements:
With a strong background on GMP, SSOP, HACCP is required
Must be knowledgeable on plant-wide inspections and auditing functions
Strong interpersonal, communication, and organization skills
Training and presentation skills
Competent in the use of Google Suite programs.
Ability to enforce regulatory and statutory requirements

Compensation 25000-30,000
Compensation Range ₱20,000 – ₱30,000
