Job Description & Requirements
We are currently looking for female applicants for the position of Membership Consultant at 360 Fitness Club. Previous sales or customer service is preferable; but we are also accepting fresh graduates.

Below are the qualifications and responsibilities of prospective applicants:
• She must be a college graduate of any 4-year course, (preferably Mass Communications, Business, Marketing, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or other related courses);
• Preferably has at least 1 year experience in sales or customer service;
• She must have a pleasing, outgoing, and has a confident personality;
• She must be physically fit;
• She must be computer literate and skilled in Microsoft programs (Word, Excel, and Powerpoint);
• She must be fluent in English (oral and written);
• She must be willing to work at Maria Orosa St., Ermita Manila

Responsibilities:
• Inquiry Management;
• Telemarketing;
• Field sales calls/ Manning event booths;
• Club lead generation (renewal management included);
• Trial Management;
• Cash management (accepting and recording payments, handling disbursements, cash balancing);
• Updating of databases/recording functions; and
• Implementing marketing initiatives.
