Job Description
As a Facility Maintenance Specialist, you are responsible for the maintenance of the facility both, warehouse and the office building. You will also be responsible for providing minor and major repairs on warehouse and office.

Job Qualifications
As a Maintenance Specialist, you are responsible for the maintenance in the facility both, warehouse and the office building. You will also be responsible for providing minor and major repairs on the warehouse and office.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
1. Troubleshooting equipment
2. Performing repairs on electrical and equipment concerns
3. Ordering maintenance supplies/ parts
4. Following preventative maintenance program for equipment & facility
5. Assisting with equipment installations
6. Maintaining a clean, organized, and safety of maintenance shop and facility
7. Assuring the safety of workplace specially on PDI area
8. Maintaining a clean and safe work environment

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• Ability to read system schematics.
• Advanced troubleshooting/repair skills.
• Understanding of safety and equipment procedures.
• Good communication and training skills.
• Knowledge/certificate with BOSCH is an advantage
• Experience as Maintenance in an automotive company is a great advantage
