WE ARE IMMEDIATE HIRING OF EXPERIENCED OUTBOUND AGENTS
MUST HAVE AT LEAST 1 YEAR CALL CENTER / BPO EXPERIENCE FOR OUTBOUND
BASIC PAY STARTS AT 16K-20K MONTHLY DEPENDING ON SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
FRESH GRADUATES ARE ALSO WELCOME TO APPLY
• Candidates must possess at least a Vocational Diploma / Short Course Certificate, Bachelor’s/College Degree , any field.
• Female only, non-smoker and preferably 22- 35 years of age
• Must be fluent in English
• Previous BPO experience is a PLUS
• Agents with previous and proven call center experience with outbound will be given consideration and above starting pay rate
• Previous Inbound/Outbound experience for US, UK, Canada, and Australia work is a PLUS
• Prompt attendance is a must: Schedules vary from 7AM to 12MN PH hours
• Customer Service, Product Knowledge, Quality Focus, Problem Solving, Market Knowledge, Documentation Skills, Listening, Phone Skills, Resolving Conflict, Analyzing Information, Multi-tasking
• Computer Literate
• Work efficiency and fast-learner is very important
• Experience in Multi-tasking is a PLUS
• Applicants must be willing to work in Batangas City near SM Mall
• 15-25 Full-Time position(s) available.
